CEO’S ATTENDANCE AT THETRANSFORMING ENERGY ACCESS FORUM INKIGALI

The CEO of Soleil Power attended the Transforming Energy Access Forum that was held in the heart ofRwanda’s vibrant capital, Kigali, meant to tackle one of the most pressing challenges of our time: ensuringuniversal access to clean, reliable, and affordable energy. The forum brought together stakeholders- frompolicymakers and industry leaders to entrepreneurs and activists to share insights, spark dialogue, and catalyseaction towards a more inclusive energy future.

One of the key themes that emerged from the forum was the transformative potential of off-grid solarsolutions in bridging the energy gap. With innovations in solar technology and energy storage systems, off-gridcommunities are now able to access clean electricity, powering homes, schools, and businesses in even themost remote areas. Another highlight of the forum was the emphasis on inclusive financing mechanisms tounlock investment in energy access projects. From impact investors and development banks to microfinanceinstitutions and crowdfunding platforms, there is a growing recognition of the need to mobilize capital forenergy access initiatives.

As the Transforming Energy Access Forum concluded, it left a lasting impression on all who participated,inspiring renewed commitment and determination to advance the energy access agenda. By fostering multi-stakeholder collaborations and knowledge sharing, the forum served as a catalyst for collective action andshared learning.
